The Philodendron 69686 gets both of its names from being the accession number used to record it at the Missouri Botanic Gardens along with it having big lobes as it matures. It’s also a natural hybrid that was sometimes confused with Joepii.
I have several of these available. The one pictured probably won’t be the one you receive but they are of similar size and appearance.
