The Philodendron Billicosum is a hybrid between Philodendron Billietiae and Philodendron Verrucosum. This is a newer hybrid to hit the market. The more mature plants I've seen have yellow leaves as they emerge and have a more pointy paddle shape to the leaf.
I have a couple of these available so the one pictured may not be the exact plant you receive but they are of similar size and appearance.
