The ones I have left are only throwing runners because they have nothing to attach to. These plants NEED a pole to climb otherwise there’s no point in growing them.
It’s hard to photograph but the Cebu Blue actually does have a blue hue to the leaves. This plant loves to climb and will reward you with massive paddle leaves and long fenestrations when it hits maturity. One of the more easy plants to get to mature.
